What are Past Life Parties?
Sharing good times with family and friends while having past life parties is not only fun, it’s educational, rewarding and often, healing. A Past Life Party is designed for a group experience, with each person perceiving a past life experience or scene of their own, all at the same time. I will teach everybody how to perceive one or more past lives. I will first explain why all hypnosis is self hypnosis, and how everyone goes into trance naturally on a daily basis. Then I will guide the group in creating a similar alpha state, with relaxation and deep breathing exercises, chakra balancing and creating a sacred place in nature that is uniquely your own.
You will learn how to re-experience a past life that is still influencing you now. You will each re-live valuable past-life scenes of your own, and also re-experience the last day of that past life. The purpose of your final day and respective funeral will be revealed as I conclude your regression by guiding everyone up into spirit, after that death, where you can ask personal questions of your higher self and guardian angels.
Here you will find out how the details you experienced in that particular past life tie in to your current life and why people you have known before have reincarnated with you into this time frame. You will be intrigued by how your relationships have changed, maybe your mother in this life was your child before in another life. Most participants have felt the journey up into spirit was the most valuable part of their Past Life Party experience. You will be given extra time after the regressions to share your experiences and ask questions.
Past Life Party Locations
I can travel to your home, office, new age center, workshop location or hotel room, where I will facilitate the past life regression and you will host the party. The past life party will be up to 3 hours long. After the regression, which takes about an hour and a half, every one’s experiences can be shared, and questions answered.
If you do not have a venue or home where your friends can gather, you are welcome to come together at my Soul Spa Office where up to 4 people can experience this exciting event together in comfort, laying prone on recliners and a couch bed. Pillows, linens and blankets will be provided by me at my soul spa location only.
You can customize your party and decide if your group wants to lie down or sit up. If you decide everyone prefers sitting up, I can accommodate up to 6 participants on super comfortable couches, and 4 more on gorgeous hand made chairs from New Mexico.
At many auditorium past life parties facilitated myself and Dick Sutphen, the participants had to sit up on hard chairs and it still worked well. An additional fun idea is you can host a theme party where everyone comes dressed in their favorite period costume.
Using Hypnosis to Access Past Lives
The purpose of hypnosis is to put your conscious mind to sleep so you can open up the sub-conscious memories of your soul’s history. The use of hypnosis is necessary to relax the critical ego in order to bring forward past-life memories that are stored deep inside.
I will explain the simple process, and help you get comfortable with the idea of time traveling with your own mind. As you listen to my directions and focus on the sound of my voice, trust the first impressions you get! Basically, you will be learning how to be your own psychic reader.
Bring a sense of curiosity, open mindedness and be ready to have fun. Some people are naturally better at subjective perception than others, but everyone will be able to be hypnotized, even if it is their very first time. Like everything, it becomes easier with practice.
Bono from the band U2 sings: “I’m not afraid to die, I’m not afraid to live.” Most people are relieved of their fear of death after past life regression, and others have sparked a belief in God that they never had before.
If you are not afraid to die, then you won’t be afraid to live your life to the fullest. You will feel no physical pain as you will be perceiving events as an observer only. You may feel some emotion, but that is good. It is when you feel emotion you know that these are real memories of events that actually happened to you before. That buried emotion is how you tap back into these long ago experiences again.
Master Hypnotist Kathleen
As a fully trained Master Hypnotist I will teach all of you at the same time how to use creative visualization to access unconscious memories of past lives. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, you allow it to happen as I speak slowly but you are each in control at all times. This hypnotic state is similar to a deep meditation usually achieved only through years of practice. I have been studying past life regression since 1965, and have been facilitating private past life regressions as a certified hypnotherapist since 1993.
In 2006 I began training to facilitate Past Life Parties with Master Hypnotherapist and author Dick Sutphen. He was a recognized pioneer in the field of past life therapy and group regressions for five decades. In 2008 I earned one of the few Dick Sutphen Professional Hypnosis Teachers Training Certification from his corporation before he died, to enable individuals and groups to learn self hypnosis for past life regression from me.
What Happens at a Past Life Party?
Everyone will be hypnotized as a group, and only positive past life experiences will be invoked. The ideas of karma and reincarnation will be presented, but you do not need to have a belief in reincarnation to have an experience!
Clear instructions will be given so you can record and remember your soul travel experience. Practice sessions will begin the trance work so everyone understands how to perceive in the darkness of their closed eyes.
I will guide you back to the lifetime in the past that is most affecting your current life. Start thinking about history, what eras you enjoy reading about, the type of cultures, countries, music and art that you are drawn to.
Past life experiences are subjective and always feel like you are making them up at the time of the regression, but you are making up real things. These past life memories will feel more real over time, and you will remember them longer and more vividly than your memory of a dream.
The secret to jump starting a past-life experience is to trust yourself. You can pretend answers when asked the first few questions. Since you are already hypnotized, whatever you make up has been chosen by the unconscious mind for a good reason, so go with it! If you perceive several answers, choose one!
There are different ways to perceive so remain open all: hearing words or inner messages, gut feelings or knowing names and places, seeing still images or moving pictures, reading printed words or dates, forgotten smells from long ago memories can be strong and inspireing.
Imagination comes from the conscious mind. You are not making up past life memories if you are in hypnosis. Everything your eternal spirit has experienced has been saved in your deepest memories where time and space do not exist. I will help you open the door to an amazing adventure of a past life experience.
